This years District BBQ is planned to take place on Saturday 4th of September between 7pm and 10pm.

The BBQ will be held at Powburn Activity Center and free transport is available to anyone wanting to attend, which will drop off and pick up at the District Headquarters.

Anyone wanting to take part is asked to contact Chris or Lesley Harrison as soon as possible before the end of the school term on the 23rd of July.

The price will be confirmed as soon as possible but please do not let that stop you registering your interest in attending.

Please remember this event takes place before most Groups re-start after the school holidays so let us know you are coming as soon as possible.
